Xintai Low Creep Fire Clay Bricks are specially developed for high-temperature environments requiring excellent dimensional stability and long-term load-bearing performance. Manufactured from selected bauxite clinker, andalusite, and fused mullite through optimized particle grading and high-temperature sintering processes, these bricks exhibit extremely low creep deformation and outstanding resistance to thermal stress.

Compared with ordinary fire clay bricks, low creep fire clay bricks provide higher refractoriness under load and superior structural stability, making them ideal for critical sections of blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, coke ovens, glass furnaces, and regenerative chambers. Their dense structure and low porosity effectively improve resistance to slag penetration and thermal shock, ensuring a longer service life and reduced maintenance costs.
