Direct Bonded Magnesia Chrome Bricks are premium basic refractory materials manufactured from high-purity magnesia and low-impurity chromite. Through firing at temperatures above 1700°C, a strong direct bond is formed between periclase and chromite grains, minimizing the amount of silicate phase and significantly improving high-temperature performance.

Compared with ordinary magnesia chrome bricks, direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks feature lower impurity content, stronger slag resistance, higher refractoriness under load, and excellent thermal shock resistance.
