Phosphate Bonded High Alumina Bricks are a high-performance refractory material manufactured using calcined bauxite as the primary aggregate. These bricks are chemically bonded with phosphate, making them ideal for use in high-temperature environments. These non-burnt bricks undergo a drying process and are heat-treated between 400°C to 600°C, ensuring optimal performance and long service life.

These bricks are widely used in rotary kilns, cement kilns, and other high-temperature furnaces due to their excellent thermal shock resistance, high mechanical strength, and superior resistance to chemical erosion.
